Fully-Integrated

Since MODA software is fully integrated with our instrumentation and media inventory, analysts can only access calibrated equipment and released media that has completed successful growth promotion testing.

Sample Collection

Our analysts accurately collect environmental, utility, and personnel samples based on the facility maps displayed on the ergonomic tablet. Each sample collected has a barcoded label applied that allows for an entirely paperless, real-time electronic tracking of sample progress from the collection step all the way through the data review process conducted by an independent quality assurance team.

Excursions

MODA immediately notifies us of any excursions which will ensure they are not missed and will allow for prompt communications to the client.

Schedule

Samples are scheduled within MODA and the system notifies analyst and management via email the list of samples that will need to be collected on that day. A list of samples that need to have incubation transferred between temperatures as well as samples that need to be pulled from incubation for enumeration will be emailed as well. Thanks to the barcoded system, MODA automatically detects if any samples have been missed –both during the collection process as well as the enumeration step.

Trending

One of the most time-consuming aspects of environmental monitoring is trending. Trending must be performed to ensure that the results obtained are meaningful and can be used to evaluate an environment’s state of control. With MODA, trending is done continuously and results can be displayed in a variety of over 35 reporting formats such as heat maps and sample lifecycles.
