I have been with Alcami since December 2015.
What is your role?
I am a supervisor of the biotech team at Alcami’s Durham, North Carolina site.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is working with my team and collaborating with colleagues in other departments to overcome challenges and work together to meet client commitments.
What are your team’s latest achievements?
Recently, we expanded our capabilities at the Durham location to support cell culture and micro-flow imaging (MFI). We are also cross-training analysts from the analytical team to support bioassay work.
How do you see those accomplishments affecting the pharmaceutical and biotech industries?
With these accomplishments, we are able to support more of our clients' needs, increase efficiency, and advance on-time delivery.
