Alcami President & CEO Elected as 1st Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Drug, Chemical & Associated Technologies Association

Stephan Kutzer, Ph.D., President & CEO of Alcami Corporation, has been elected to serve as 1st Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Drug, Chemical & Associated Technologies Association (DCAT) beginning November 1, 2018. Together with the ten other members of DCAT’s Board of Directors, Dr. Kutzer will help develop and guide the organization’s strategic plan in a manner to best serve the organization’s 500+ member companies.

“We are pleased to have Dr. Kutzer back on the board for another term,” said DCAT Executive Director Margaret Timony. “We rely on board members to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the table so we can continue to give our members relevant, valuable experiences across all that we offer. Dr. Kutzer’s enthusiasm for DCAT will undoubtedly continue to make a positive impact on our organization.”

DCAT’s Board of Directors is also tasked with creating strategy around the organization’s flagship event, DCAT Week. Held annually in March in New York City, DCAT Week is the premier business development event for companies engaged in pharmaceutical development and manufacturing and related industries. 92% of DCAT Week attendees are high-level decision makers from around the world who come together for business development meetings, networking opportunities and education programs.
